How Openstar provided a dynamic solution to a clients exist VIM system that made VIM expand to many segments other than Vehicle Incident Management system for which it was initially designed for.

Challenge

To change the entire data structure of the client’s original VIM system (consisting of a web portal and a mobile App running on Android and IOS) and rewrite the application so that it becomes fully dynamic making VIM application user configurable to suit any business verticals.

Solution

Our seniors at Openstar spent few days at client site to understand their current business model together with current state of their VIM system. This is an ongoing project where we have extended our services with a redesign that has enhance the system to a level that allows the client to address which ever segments of interest in masses.

This system was developed in .Net Core, Ajax, Jquery, JavaScript, MySQL, MS SQL.
