Challenge

To develop a working Live video monitoring tracking system with comprehensive event reporting run over multiple servers.

To understand and develop a working system within three months that previous developers failed to deliver in two years.

Solution

Our seniors at Openstar spent a week at client site to obtain detailed understanding of their HSIA system setup and how the devices and multiple servers system communicate with each other together with what client aimed to achieve as an end result. With this level of attention to detail business analysis of our client's business and system, as being a norm for us at Openstar, to the greatest joy of our client, we managed to develop their entire HSIA system ready to go-to-market state within the given short time span fulfilling all our challenges.

This is an ongoing project where we have extended our services with ideas to client that are outside their books in order to enhance the system to a level the client becomes the industry leader.
